Goodenough College: A major and sensitive intervention of the partly Grade II listed William College to provide over 500 high-specification private student rooms and suites, alongside extensive front and back of house facilities over two phases. Valko has been involved for phase II of the project. Phase II involved the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed London comprising student accommodation: 9 flats & 299 study bedrooms with associated shared facilities. Working on this project Valko Construction was responsible for the Drylining work and Firestopping.

The Ned, Poultry:
Originally designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the Grade I listed former Midland Bank Headquarters in the City of London is one of the Capital’s most iconic commercial buildings. With an entrance way opening into a grand banking hall on the ground floor, over the bank’s basement vaults, the upper floors comprise listed directors’ and managers’ offices and facilities. Proud to have carried out the Drylining works, the installation of suspended ceilings, SFS, the fire protection for the Ned Hotel. The Ned was one of our flagship projects and our biggest job to date.

Hornsey Baths offer a great blend of old and new. Impressive grade 2 listed Victorian gatehouse at the entrance, has been transformed into a modern of 150 contemporary with underground parking and office suites, fronted by the gatehouse building of the original baths. Hornsey Road Apartments have been designed and built to an impressive standard to create a stylish slant on industrial chic. Valko Construction has been responsible for Drylining work and SFS for the project.
