A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate plumber to join the rapidly expanding housing repairs team within Sadlers. You will be required to cover operations including emergency repairs, leak investigations, preplanned repairs, gas safety inspections, boiler servicing with the main trade focus being responsive repairs. Whilst working in accordance to the relevant Safety Regulations and departmental procedures, you will be responsible for repairs to the housing stock as required by the Client and work effectively within a cohesive operations repairs service.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake such works as, General plumbing, boiler breakdowns, boiler servicing, blockages, CP12, bathroom renewal demonstrating an attention to detail and an ability to think around challenges.
You will be working on your own covering between 4-6 reactive jobs per day unless on a void property, kitchen or bathroom renewal.
Driving licence is essential.
28 days paid holliday.
