From a leaking tap to a new build project we pride ourselves on delivering a fast, friendly and cost effect service to both commercial and residential properties using highly skilled and experienced staff and contractors. Founder Stephen Sawyer started off his career training as a dental technician at Guys Hospital London where he learnt the eye for detail and precious needed to make customer dent

al appliances. After gaining a B-TEC National Diploma in Dental Technology Stephen worked for some of London's most high end and respected Dental laboratories where he added to his fabrication skills as well as picking up valuable customer service experience. Originally working for a company owned by a family member where he learnt the core skills of the industry, it wasn't long before he decided to set out on his own and soon became one of the most desirable tradesmen on many construction agencies books. Stephen has since worked for a west end property holding company owning offices blocks and hotels in central London, an NHS trust and London's largest television post production company where in both roles he had sole responsibility for all maintenance and refurbishment issues as well as overseeing outside contractors in areas such as air conditioning issues and complete building overhauls. With Stephen having an active role in each job we take on we are happy to offer the following services.

handyman services £30 per hour.

larger jobs at £200 for 8 hours.

we have a regular stream of contract work refurbishing houses, which allows us to offer these prices and also offer our clients the option of buy their own materials at cost or we may be able to supply any excess materials we have at 50%.

we have limited spaces during the week, but are happy to work weekends and will always give priority or make time for our return clients.
