Project Update - Concealed Shower Valve Replacement

🚿 Fault Identified: Internal leak detected in the shower valve.

💡 Solution Provided: After identifying the problem, the customer was advised on available options. A decision was made to proceed with a replacement to effectively resolve the issue.

Scope of Work:

1. Shower screen dismounted.
2. Tile was carefully removed, and the wall opened to gain access to pipes.
3. Concealed valve replaced with all necessary plumbing alterations.
4. Tested for water leaks.
5. Wall closed and tile put back in its place.
6. New grout applied - colour matched.
7. Old shower screen installed.
8. New sanitary mould-resistant sealant applied.

✅ Result: Leak resolved, and the shower is now back to full working order! The customer can enjoy their shower the next day without any concerns about leaks affecting downstairs neighbours.
