Sustainability is a core part of how we work at Vivid, and it shows in the choices we make on every project, even the ones people don’t always see.

The decorating industry creates more waste than many realise, which is why we’re committed to reducing our impact wherever we can.

One of the ways we do this is by returning our empty paint tubs through a recycling scheme. Instead of being thrown away, the containers are collected and processed so the materials can be reused.

It’s a small action, but when it’s done consistently across every job, it contributes to a much bigger shift. Schemes like this have already helped keep significant volumes of paint tubs out of landfill, and we’re proud to be part of that positive change.

For us, sustainability isn’t a slogan, it’s a responsibility. And we’ll keep looking for ways to work more ethically, more consciously and with a clearer path toward net-zero.

Chloe joined Vivid Finishes ten years ago, working just two days a week in our Waltham Abbey office as the only estimator in the business. Through hard work, talent and a brilliant personality that lifts every room, she became an Estimating Manager and in May last year, she stepped into her role as Pre Contracts Director.
