Richmond rear kitchen extension - Another one we completed late last year

This project added just over 35m² of open-plan kitchen, living and dining space.

A slightly different finish on this one, with exposed structural joists and exposed brickwork giving it a bit more character.

The space is filled with natural light from two large triple glazed flat roof lights, along with large doors and windows opening out to the garden.

Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor, creating a comfortable and modern open-plan living area.

Sheen – Rear Kitchen Extension, Garden Room Upgrade & Bathroom Renovation

A full-width, five metre deep rear extension creating a generous open-plan kitchen and living area. Multiple internal rooms were opened up to form one large space, flooded with natural light from a flat roof lantern and finished with stylish timber joinery.

The new extension area is kept comfortable year-round with a wet underfloor heating system.

Upstairs, the existing first floor bathroom was stripped out and fully renovated to create a fresh, modern space.

Externally, the rear patio was completely reworked with new garden beds, a step down to the garden, and a newly laid patio area.

The existing garage was stripped out, opened up, and modernised to create a fully usable garden room and office space, complete with its own ensuite.

Wandsworth Loft Conversion & Rear Extension

A full loft conversion creating a spacious master bedroom with built-in joinery and a generous en-suite. The loft is flooded with natural light via a large front slope Velux window and a full-height, floor-to-ceiling rear window overlooking the garden.

At ground floor level, we completed a three metre deep extension across the full width of the property, forming an open-plan kitchen and living space. The layout includes a walk-in pantry and an additional WC accessed from the hallway.

Electric opening Velux windows and full-width bifold doors bring light and openness throughout, creating a bright, modern family home.
