TRIPLE GLAZING PERFORMANCE. WITHOUT THE THIRD PANE OF GLASS.

C.U.in suspended film technology gives window manufacturers, glazing installers and façade contractors a different way to achieve high thermal performance without the thickness and weight of conventional triple glazing.

Instead of using a third pane of glass, C.U.in uses a suspended film within the sealed unit to create an additional insulating chamber.

TOUGHENED GLASS, MANUFACTURED FOR THE APPLICATION.

When safety, strength and accuracy matter, the glass needs to be specified and processed correctly before it reaches site.

At Crystal Units, we manufacture toughened safety glass for a wide range of architectural and commercial glazing applications, with additional processing available to suit the finished installation.

For higher-risk applications, heat soaking can be carried out to help reduce the risk of spontaneous breakage caused by nickel sulphide inclusions.

We can also machine lock plate cut-outs, holes and notches into the glass before toughening, allowing locking mechanisms, handles and door hardware to be incorporated accurately into the finished panel.
