CUPRA Ipswich – Following a focussed effort from the IPL team, this tired old Peugeot Showroom has been transformed into a stunning new CUPRA dealership. The team are in the final days of the fit-out before the furniture and cars move in and the keys are handed back to Group 1 Automotive.

Ducati London - works are underway for the fit-out of the new Ducati showroom, with the steel er****on being an early task on the construction programme. Careful planning by the IPL team will ensure a safe and successful project on this challenging site under the Vauxhall railway arches.

As an Aviva approved contractor, the IPL project team were pleased to be given the opportunity to transform these rather tired-looking industrial units. The extensive refurbishment of the four units, that included the over-coating of an asbestos roof, was completed in just 10 weeks. The ‘before and after’ photos really demonstrate what was achieved.

Well done to the IPL team for the fast-track delivery of the Computational Arts Laboratory at the University of the Arts London. The works, completed this week, required a great deal of detailed coordination and planning for the specialist AV installation.

Windsor Royal Station – MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT
Well done to the Centre Management Team for organising and running a coffee morning event to raise money for this brilliant charity. Interior Precision, who are currently working on a project in one of the retail units, were pleased to make a donation that contributed to them raising in excess of £600. One week until handover; services complete and commissioned, feature flooring fitted, ceilings and lighting installed and all areas cleared and cleaned ready for the decorating team who started over the weekend. All focus now turns to a perfect delivery.

Despite the additional Covid-safe site procedures, all is progressing well at the Chandlers BMW Brighton Motorbike showroom (Motorrad) refurbishment project. Five weeks to go for the IPL team until the big reveal.

American owned Group 1 Automotive is one of the biggest dealership networks in the UK, with over 55 showrooms covering numerous brands. Interior Precision Ltd have delivered quality projects in many of their dealerships, over many years. Those projects cover a wide range; starting literally from a couple of hundred pounds for minor maintenance projects through to the £3.9m alteration and fit-out of the new Jaguar Land Rover, Watford in 2018. Mini Borehamwood, a refurbishment project to upgrade an existing showroom to the new corporate identity is the latest project that IPL have completed for Group 1 Automotive. It was handed over the first week of March.

Tristel Solutions Limited, a global manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, appointed IPL to fit-out the office suite in their new head-office storage warehouse. From empty warehouse, in just 14 weeks, the mezzanine floor was constructed, and the two-storey office suite was ready for occupation.
