“I am so glad that we found Marius.
My daughter needed a complete refurb on her flat. There were several problems that we
knew needed to be addressed. Following an initial assessment of the work required, he
supplied a competitive quote and time frame. We knew that he worked on his own and
had some concerns as to whether he would finish on time.
My daughter was happy to proceed. True to his word and estimate, Marius replaced the
old kitchen, solved the damp problem around the bay window, made good the wooden
floors and finished ALL the work that we asked him to do on time and with very few
snags.
His next project was my bathroom.
It needed a complete refurbishment. Once again, he came and did an assessment. I
was very happy with the quote. Fortunately, he was able to start the work within the
week. Again, he finished on time and there were very few snags.
I love my new bathroom
A big concern was the removal of the rubbish from the old bathroom. He arranged for a
skip truck and ALL the rubbish was responsibly removed.
He is now quoting me for an auction property refurbishment.
It’s a big project but this will be his third job with me. I can’t recommend him enough. He
is reliable, extremely hard-working. He’s a very good problem solver he stays calm
under pressure.
He gets things done with minimal disruption. His costs are very reasonable. His
business terms are excellent . He seems to be able to tackle any job!!
