Master, to prospective clients.
As an introduction, I am an architect with over 20 years of experience, having worked on numerous
commercial, residential and hospitality projects. A decade ago, Mariusz was recommended to us by a
friend for our bathroom refurbishment. We have kept in contact since then and over the years, he
has consistently undertaken small projects and upgrades to our investment property.
When it came to our home renovation and extension works, we chose Bright Master as our
contractor. We appreciated that Mariusz took time to understand our drawings and vision for our
home. While his cost was high, his detailed cost breakdown allowed us to understand where the
money was spent and we could negotiate in detail where money can be saved. Mariusz’s patience
and time gave us confidence that every aspect of his cost was comprehensively covered. In contrast,
other builders provided either verbal estimates or summary of cost with little explanation and
communication.
Throughout the construction phase, our communications with Mariusz and his site foreman, Chris,
were frequent and effective. The on-site team were friendly and dedicated. The site was always
clean and tidy. We valued the team’s proactive approach, offering improved solutions and finishes.
They maintained good relationships with our immediate neighbours and the Building Regulation
certification was timely and smooth.
Having lived in our renovated home for a year, Bright Master has been responsive to any defects or
faults identified. We are thrilled with the quality of the finished product, which stands out as one of
the best we have seen in many completed home renovations we have visited.
In summary, our experience with Mariusz and his team has been exceptionally positive. The trust and
