Forma London is working with and to execute a comprehensive refurbishment at The Bower, Old Street, transforming a level within The Tower back to CAT A condition and preparing it for new tenants. Key aspects of the project include:

1. **Lighting Reconfiguration**: Alteration of lighting systems to enhance energy efficiency and create an inviting workspace.

2. **Air Conditioning**: Adjustment to the 4-pipe ceiling-mounted fan coil system for correctly distributed climate control, offering both heating and cooling with individual temperature settings.

3. **Raised Access Floor**: Levelling and updating the existing floor with second-life materials for a sustainable blank canvas.

4. **Overall Aesthetics**: Introducing new finishes that reflect contemporary design trends, making the space attractive to potential tenants.

*Forma Fundraiser*

On the 21 September 2024, ten of the Forma London team will be attempting to complete Tough Mudder, a 15km obstacle course race, to help raise funds and awareness for Helen & Douglas House.

Having recently worked for Helen & Douglas House, delivering much needed additional facilities in the building, we were able to meet some of the incredible team and find out a little more about what they do. The pain of Tough Mudder will last just a few hours for us, nothing compared to the pain that some of these brave young people visiting Helen & Douglas face on a daily basis.
