Partnership / Investment Opportunity – TTM Gas and Heating Services
TTM Gas and Heating Services was incorporated in October and commenced operations following the acquisition of a heat pump installation, alongside a reactive home emergency services contract. The business currently has 11 qualified engineers in place.
We are now in our third week of trading and have already raised invoices, demonstrating active operations and early revenue generation.
TTM operates exclusively in the domestic market, delivering heat pump installations, boiler works, and reactive home emergency services. Based on current capacity and contracted activity, the business has an estimated annual turnover of approximately £1.16m, which we believe is achievable as operations scale.
We are seeking an industry-experienced financial investor who is willing to be actively or partially involved in the business. This is a hands-on partnership opportunity for someone looking to work alongside management and see their investment grow within a high-demand, regulated sector.
