The importance of engineers power flushing existing central heating systems when installing a new boiler is overlooked, as you can see here that is the case unfortunately the landlord contacted us saying the tenant in their property had no hot water the boiler was only 4 years old, after diagnosing the plate heat exchanger was at fault due to blockage from all the sludge and debris from the central heating system we advised the landlord a power flush needs to be carried out to contract all the unwanted debris from the system before putting in new boiler parts. The plate heat exchanger in the boiler was then changed, in conclusion hot water was back on working fine and left a happy tenant being able to use hot water again. Get in touch for power flush quotes or enquiries it can save you from having to pay out for a boiler breakdown further Down the line!🤝🏻👷‍♂️
