A rear and side extension created a spacious new kitchen, utility room, ground floor WC and a dedicated home office, giving the house a layout that truly works for modern family living.

Externally, the property has been upgraded with full external wall insulation and render, new windows and doors, a brand-new central heating system and a full rewire, dramatically improving both comfort and efficiency.

It's been a pleasure completing the refurbishment of head office for a local housing company.

This refurbishment has been completed in 6 weeks with a full strip out of existing fixtures and fittings, walls removed, kitchen and joinery.

Some lovely features have been installed such as full glazed partitions, accoustic wall panelling, bespoke reception desk and great feature lighting.

It didn't stop there, externally weve laid block paving out the front, back and side, a shelter purgola seating area and a large storage shed.

All completed on time and to budget!

Lots of progress on site today, walls going up, boundary fences going in, walls opening up.
Great effort from the team 💪. This site has been a struggle to say the least with space but they've kept their patience and gone full steam.

That's another loft conversion wrapped up.
This time the client is completing all the 2nd fix joinery and painting & decorating themselves.

With careful planning we achieved two bedrooms, shower room and a landing.
