One of our enjoyed Refurbishment projects on a 2 bedroom flat we completed:
- Full strip out
- Relocation of kitchen to the living room
- Added in a study area where the old kitchen was
- Fully renovated the main bathroom
- Added in an ensuite bathroom in the larger room where the wardrobe was
- Changed the flooring all throughout the house
- Completed new plumbing and electrics in new bathroom and new kitchen to standard
- Changed the balcony floor tiles and railing to modernise
- Installed Furniture all throughout
- Widened the balcony door space and added in a new sliding door.
- Changed all radiators in flat
- Added panelling all over apartment
