New Quebec Street – Flat Refurbishment
Great to see another project reach completion.
As Principal Contractor, we delivered a full refurbishment of this residential flat — including:
🔹 New kitchen & bathroom fit-out
🔹 Acoustic floor system
🔹 Secondary glazing
🔹 Full electrical rewire & new plumbing
🔹 Upgraded fire protection (60-minute integrity)
🔹 New hardwood floors & full redecoration
Achieving the required acoustic and fire performance standards, especially with the floor and ceiling upgrades, was no small task — but the team handled it brilliantly.
