📍 Another Completed Garden Room in Chingford for a Returning Customer
We're delighted to have completed another garden room installation in Chingford for one of our valued returning customers, and we're pleased to say they're extremely happy with the finished result.
This compact yet practical 14'4" x 8'1" garden room was designed to fit neatly into a small area at the rear of the customer's garden. The project included the installation of a fully prepared concrete base, providing a strong and durable foundation.
Constructed using our upright, bolt-together, pebbledash concrete interlocking wall panel system, the building offers a long-lasting, secure, and virtually maintenance-free solution that will provide years of reliable use.
Features include: ✅ uPVC door
✅ Small uPVC window with fanlight
✅ EPDM rubber roof system
✅ Side guttering for effective rainwater drainage
For maximum comfort, the building has been fully insulated to the floor, walls, and ceiling. The interior is finished with an 18mm tongue-and-groove chipboard floor and 9mm plywood lining to the walls and ceiling, creating a warm, comfortable, and practical space.
With autumn just around the corner, our customer now has a fully insulated garden room ready to enjoy throughout the cooler months, whether for storage, a hobby room, a home office, or simply as a quiet retreat in the garden.

📍 Completed in Gravesend!
Our customer needed a bigger and better garden building, so we removed their old plastic shed, extended the concrete base, and installed a 16' x 10'10" Standard Challenge Concrete Building.
The building features an apex roof, guttering to both sides, a UPVC door, and a UPVC window with an opening fanlight. We also finished the two exposed sides with attractive red brick slip cladding for a smart and traditional look.
Inside, the building has been fully insulated with 25mm PIR board, fitted with a tongue-and-groove chipboard floor, and lined throughout with plywood, creating a warm, practical space suitable for a workshop, hobby room, storage, or home office.

A few years ago, we installed a 14'4" x 8'1" Standard Challenge building for this customer. Since then, their storage needs have grown, so they came back to us for a practical solution.
We've now extended the building by an additional 3 panels, increasing the overall length to 19'6", providing the extra storage space they need without the expense of replacing the entire building.
