Planning permission granted for a challenging site on the edge of Metropolitan
Open Land (MOL) in Rose Hill, Sutton. We were engaged to improve upon an
existing approval for a traditional building containing 14 flats. Following considerable
negotiations with local planning officers we achieved permission for a contemporary
design for 17 high quality flats.

Recently completed two new buildings of keyworker accommodation in the grounds of Churchill Hospital, Oxford. A total of 19 cluster flats are spread over the two blocks, each containing 4-5 ensuite bedrooms and a communal kitchen and lounge area.

The buildings have been built using “modern methods of construction”, utilising metal framed SIP panel walls, floors and roof with brickwork cladding.

We provided Stage 3 and 4 services dealing with the planning conditions and producing technical design drawings. We worked closely with Exel Construction to tight timeframes, delivering a high quality building.

Lu2on Phase 1 comprising 401 apartments and 2000sqm of commercial space. We worked for JJ Rhatigan providing technical design and site support.
