Please join us in welcoming Mark Gascoigne to Osprey Flight Solutions as our Chief Operations and Finance Officer.
Mark brings over two decades of experience operationalising, executing and scaling high-value technology and aviation businesses. Specialising in the strategic intersection of finance, business operations, and commercial growth, he has a proven track record of steering complex corporate transitions, managing value creation journeys, and driving sustainable growth.
Most recently, Mark served as COFO and Managing Director at Reliance Cyber, where he led the business through a major period of technical scaling and transformation. Prior to this, as Managing Director of Europe Air at Gama Aviation, he was accountable for the delivery of all European flying operations across a broad portfolio of private aviation and special mission contracts.
Markโs foundational career includes senior operations director roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and De La Rue, building on an early technical background with British Airways Flight Data Recording. He holds an MEng in Avionics Systems from the University of Bristol.
At Osprey, Mark will leverage his unique combination of financial leadership, operational discipline and aviation expertise to help scale our global operations, strengthen our capabilities and support the next phase of growth for the business.
