From idea to final product. We recently partnered with Headlight AI to bring their vision for Telesto to life. Our team took the reins on the full industrial design journey - moving from initial ideation and understanding the complex constraints of subterranean environments, right through to detailed CAD and manufacturing support. The challenge? Enclosing dual LiDAR systems and wide-angle cameras in a unit that is rugged, waterproof, and sleek enough to glide through pipes and tunnels. The result is a piece of hardware that doesn't just look the part but performs flawlessly in the harshest conditions. It’s exciting to see our design playing a key role in the future of Robotics automation and underground mapping. What do you think of the final look?
