Property Rescue Services are looking for a dynamic enthusiastic Individual to join their team as full-time Call-out Administrator.
The individual will be responsible for the undertaking of a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that Property Rescue Service’s (PRS) property professionals and estimators have adequate support in completing their key roles efficiently.
The core responsibility of the Administration Team is the management of the Client journey. Typical steps involved in the Client journey include:
-Receipt of enquiry call/email
-Log enquiry in management software
-Advise on availability of Property Professional / Estimator
-Ensure both Client and Property Professional / Estimator are kept up to date on the job process
-On completion of job ensure that money is collected upon-completion / invoiced
Other responsibilities include managing and maintaining software and client databases to ensure efficiency in daily operations as well as ensuring that property professionals are knowledgeable in their use of the systems.

Salary negotiable, depending on experience, starting from 23,000GBP p.a.
