Our newly acquired London Office in SE1 puts us in the center of construction activity in London. We are financially stable, in really good shape ready to meet the challenges of the 2000’s. We operate in two sectors, the interiors and finishing trades as Macai Limited and the Builderswork and Structural alterations Packages as Macai Projects.

A Huge thank you to the amazing team at Macai Projects for Opening a pop-up drinks station right on the route of the London Marathon, Raising a fantastic £700 on the day !!
Bringing the energy and good vibes to Jamaica Road for our second successful year ! 🥤🎉

We were absolutely delighted to be doing this alongside our incredible charity partner Action Medical Research making it even more special.
The team were keeping the supporters spirits high and refreshing them so wonderfully !!

This week saw Alan Dowsing Managing Director for Macai Projects Ltd attending many sites to give talks regarding mental health to operatives.. A very important element to keeping communication lines open to those that may need it !

Projects have poured the first section of the roof slab for the new Penthouses as part of the Dorchester Hotel refurbishment project. Great quality work by all involved using a mix of concrete skip and pumps located at roof level. great picture from the roof with the Winter wonderland shining in the background

Macai Projects, In collaboration with our colleagues at JB Joinery, are pleased to share that we have successfully carried out a series of extensive fibrous plaster repairs to the existing ceiling at the prestigious 7 Burlington Gardens project.

Macai Projects are continuing with the next phase of works at our ongoing Atlas Wharf development, which includes further demolition activities and steel remedial works. With the site positioned right on the banks of the River Thames, the team is certainly feeling the chill as winter sets in — Time to wrap up warm and keep the progress moving!

Macai Constructions have successfully completed the installation of screw piles and the formation of new reinforced concrete (RC) foundations for the retaining walls and staircase, as part of the ongoing redevelopment of a property in St John’s Gardens.
A big thank you to , Nedelcu , and the entire team for their hard work, expertise, and collaboration throughout this stage of the project.

have now successfully completed the groundworks and the construction of the new perimeter wall section, which also includes the installation of new chain link fencing, at Maria Fidelis School.
