Hersham New Build – A New Chapter Begins!

Every new home starts somewhere. In Hersham, Surrey, it begins with making way for something entirely new.

Construction is now underway on our latest new-build project, and this Reel captures the first stages of the transformation.

🧱 YTONG materials delivered - Our Ytong AAC blocks have arrived on site, ready for the upcoming construction stages. This modern building system allows for efficient, precise wall construction.

New project coming soon: Hersham, Surrey.

Two semi-detached new-build homes are planned, with two principal storeys, crown-roof accommodation, below-ground kitchen areas and rear amenity spaces.

Currently in pre-construction, the proposed build strategy combines structural steel framing, YTONG masonry, external wall insulation and a rendered finish. Architectural, structural and technical coordination will shape the sequence from demolition through to final delivery.

Another Kaislar residential project is moving from design into construction.

This project in Caterham is now progressing through its next stage, with the design developed and preparations underway for construction to begin.

Over the coming months, we’ll be documenting the journey from the plans you see today through the key stages of the build - showing how the design is translated into a completed home.

From technical coordination and structural works to construction, detailing and final delivery, we’ll share the progress as the project takes shape.

For us, this is also an opportunity to show what happens between the architectural drawings and the finished house - the planning, decisions, coordination and construction that make the design possible.

December was day one on ...and now, in February, we’re already at one of the biggest milestones: the roof structure is going up. 🏠🔨
