A 4,500 sq ft Georgian-style home with heavyweight construction and no room for error.

The client wanted a traditional look and feel, but with modern performance and a high-spec finish. That meant tight tolerances, solid materials, and a layout that had to be right first time.

🛠️Works are progressing at 24 Broomhouse Road

Work is moving steadily at one of our exciting projects in Fulham. At 24 Broomhouse Road, the ground floor structure is now in place, giving real shape to the space above. Underpinning is largely complete, which means we’ve passed one of the more complex structural milestones.

We’re now shifting focus toward the bulk excavation, where we begin carving out the full depth and volume of the basement. Alongside this, installation of the wine cellar is already underway, bringing some of the finer details into play even at this early stage.

We’re also fortunate to be working with the talented team at Malin & Lynn, whose architectural vision is bringing clarity and elegance to every part of the design. The site team is working with precision and care. It’s always exciting to see these critical phases come together on a site where so much is happening below ground.

🏆 We’re thrilled to share that we won the Mid-Scale Residential category at the 2025 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards!

Our engineering team worked on the transformation of a set of 1880s threshing barns into four high-end homes. These barns might be the oldest mechanised threshing barns in the South East.

Highlights:
✅ New houses placed inside the original horseshoe-shaped brick barns
✅ Original brickwork cleaned and preserved
✅ Exposed internal timber trusses kept intact
✅ Four one-of-a-kind homes that respect the site’s heritage
