Maple Carpentry is proud to be installing new fire doors and carrying out comprehensive fire stopping works throughout the building to ensure safety and compliance.

Great effort so far from Chris & Scott, along with all the operatives on site — the progress to date has been fantastic. Looking forward to seeing this project through to completion.🕺

🔥🚪Another quality installations completed by the Maple Team— newly fitted front entrance FD30S PAS24 doorsets for The Crown Estate. Solid work put in by all the lads on this one 👊 great teamwork and attention to detail throughout, exactly what the job demands. 🔨🪚
Plenty more door projects in the pipeline… we keep moving.

🍁🪚Exceptional work by our talented carpenters Dave and Salius at the Leas Lift in Folkestone 👏🔨
The team carefully removed the existing timber roof and set it aside for reinstatement, before stripping out all the old windows and doors. These were expertly replaced with newly manufactured joinery-made windows and a new door, bringing fresh life to the structure while respecting its character.
They then reinstated the existing timber rafters and installed a new plywood roof, leaving everything perfectly prepared for the roofing team.
A great effort all round from the boys – workmanship and care at its best 💪

A huge shoutout to our Director Robert, who took part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 🏃‍♂️🪚🔨
Running in support of Shelter, Robert smashed it and raised an incredible £700.00 for a great cause. A fantastic effort both on and off the course — Not just Carpentry and passive fire protection

Another great project wrapped up by Maple Carpentry at Kings Hill 👏🍁
We’ve recently completed the installation of an external Cedral cladding system, expertly fitted onto timber battens and incorporating a full fire barrier setup for added safety and compliance. The finish speaks for itself — clean, durable, and built to last.
Massive well done to Craig, Dave B, and David M for their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail throughout this project 💪🪚🔨

🪚🍁A great morning at the fortnightly Grafters Super Groups meeting at Parliament Square, attended by Rob and Chris from Maple Carpentry.

These meetings are always a brilliant opportunity to connect with other professionals in the construction and property sectors, and today was no different. We made some fantastic new connections and have already started progressing a few exciting projects with fellow members.
Networking that leads to real collaboration is what it’s all about 👏

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Grafters meeting without a bit of fun… watching Paul blowing up his stress balloon definitely added some entertainment to the morning! 🎈😄

🔥🚪 A fantastic morning presenting at the Parliament Square Grafters Group!🍁🪚🔨

Our Director and Contracts Manager had the opportunity to deliver a valuable presentation on all things fire doors, sharing key insights into compliance, installation best practice, ongoing maintenance, and the importance of certified passive fire protection.

We also gave members an inside look at Maple Carpentry – who we are, what we do, and how we support clients with specialist fire door installation and maintenance across multiple sectors.

It was great to connect with so many like-minded professionals, build strong new relationships, and welcome new clients we’re looking forward to working with in the near future.
