Plant Hire stepped up to the challenge.
The project required a 2t Excavator fitted with our award-winning Diesel Particulator, delivering 99.9%+ efficiency in reducing harmful emissions, for a complex basement excavation at one of London’s most prestigious addresses.

The Grade II listed building, once a flagship designer store and now being transformed into a mixed-use space featuring restaurants and a cinema, presented significant access challenges. With only a 190cm x 190cm opening available, our solution was to deploy a Bobcat E19, carefully modified to fit.

Our expert team removed the boom, arm, and dozer blade before delivery. The team on site then safely lowered the components into the basement, where our engineers reassembled the machine on-site, ensuring the project stayed on schedule without delays.
