Niblock specialise in maintenance, refurbishment and renovation projects. We undertake an extensive range of construction contracts, ranging from traditional forms of contract, to formal Partnering Agreements. The old adage that a company is only as good as its staff is never more true than at Niblock. Founded in 1959, we take pride in the fact that we have an average tenure of employment amongst

our management staff of 17 years. Indeed, two employees began their careers with us as apprentices, and over the course of 25 years have risen to hold senior positions in the company. We believe this is due to the traditional values we hold, and our ideology of working with our clients, as opposed to simply working for them. This ‘collaborative’ ethos is maintained throughout the company from board level through to site level. Niblock has a turnover in excess of £15 million and a healthy order book for the future, with repeat business being the cornerstone of the company‘s turnover.

We were delighted to collaborate with several of our supply chain partners, ESSEX FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES LTD, RiskFire, Norris - Waste Management Services and Mid Essex Environmental Ltd, to deliver 500 Christmas Warm Packs to the residents within our Evolve Housing scheme.

Each bag has been thoughtfully put together with essentials to support residents during the colder months, including hats, gloves, scarves, toiletry kits, bags, food items and other winter necessities.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of meeting with Emma Pond and Jon Deakin, at Evolve Housing + Support, and working side-by-side with some of our supply chain partners to pack the bags. It was a great team effort and a wonderful reminder of what we can achieve through collaboration and community spirit.
