We believe that everyone should treat themselves or others once in a while, and so we are a price-competitive company that delivers quality and value at an affordable price. All our products are labelled with a maintenance guide. We hold no responsibility for any products which have been damaged in any way due to negligence. Orders must be placed up to five days in advance to allow time for completion. Some orders may be accepted within a smaller time frame depending on workload. NOTES: If there is a specific colour that you want that we don't have, we are more than happy to try and match the colour that you have in mind by mixing glitters. TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We do not refund on personalised orders unless we have made an error. All our items are hand-crafted and therefore may be slightly different from what you may imagine, we try to upload as much pictures as possible so that our customers can get a clear idea of what our products look like. We are happy to accept non-personalised order returns but the cost of postage is the buyers responsibility. We appreciate the time you have taken to look at our page and we hope to have the pleasure of taking your requests and turning them into stunning glittered gifts hand-crafted perfectly to fulfil your every need.
