We wrapping up this 250 gallon offset smoker ok a custom trailer. Our wizard of electrical the great Golden Graham works his wizardy electrical skills testing the brake lights.

Last step is to sand blast the tank and season the cook chamber inside with vegetable oil and outside with linseed oil to preserve the raw metal finish.

Our main man shine his light of happiness next to the finely built machine he and his best mate fabricated together.
