What an incredible week at MIPIM for the Gloster team.

A packed schedule of meetings and conversations made it a truly valuable few days. It was a pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces and, just as importantly, to build new relationships across the industry.

There’s a real sense of momentum, with a number of exciting opportunities emerging on the horizon. Looking forward to what comes next.

This year, they’re raising money for Thriveology—an incredible Charity that’s supporting Richard's daughter Liliya (6) as she navigates the early years with Autism and ADHD.

Gloster is proud of all our staff, but there’s something especially rewarding about seeing a young apprentice develop over more than 12 years into the professional he is today.
Lee is a real credit —trained via our Apprentice scheme, the Gloster way, with the standards, values, and pride in the job that set our teams apart. And to be winning awards while still in training says everything about your attitude, effort, and potential. It’s also a great example of the “family” culture we’ve built here: supporting each other, growing together, and celebrating success as one team.
Well done, Lee — it’s been a pleasure to watch you grow and progress throughout your time with us. Here’s to the future!
