I contacted Flue Liner Solutions as the flues for the boiler were not usable and as a hotel, hot water is crucial in order to stay open for business. They worked out a temporary solution and managed to get the install completed within a few days. The install was quick, clean and hassle free. The team at Flue liner solutions have been great through the whole process.

Saracens Rugby Club – Plant Room Upgrade 🔧

Upgrading both the cascade boiler system and cascade water heater system following ongoing leaks and failing flue joints.

The main challenge was inaccessible flue joints within the vertical riser — making traditional repair or replacement difficult without major disruption.

✔️ New header systems installed using Poujoulat UK
✔️ Boiler and water heater flues relined using FuranFlex Black from Kompozitall
✔️ Fully sealed, jointless system created from top to bottom

By relining the vertical system instead of full replacement, we were able to significantly reduce cost and minimise disruption, while still delivering a long-term solution.

Completed on time ahead of a major game, with no impact to site operations.

🔥 Cornhill Boiler Project – Central London 🔥

Our team successfully delivered a specialist boiler installation in Cornhill. The existing vertical riser setup wasn’t suitable for wet use, so we realigned the flue with a 400mm internal diameter Furanflex Black flue lining system.

This meant the 30m vertical flue system could remain in situ — avoiding huge costs and disruptive works, while still ensuring long-term reliability.

We then fixed in the boiler header, connected it across the boilers, tested, and commissioned the full system — all completed a day ahead of schedule. ✅

The result: a smooth installation, a reliable system, and a very happy client. 🙌
