Introducing Woodlands Edge.
A completed silhouette. A cut of glass. A living space drawn down into the garden.
Our latest project in Guildford reworks an existing family home through changes in level, light and material. A two-storey addition completes the original roof form, while a glazed link separates the house from a lower garden extension.
Long grey brick and a slender Corten frame enclose the sunken living spaces, with planting rising around their edges. Inside, timber joinery and integrated lighting continue the same attention to proportion, texture and light.
