So lady’s and gents
We have had to shut the garage this afternoon due to health and safety for the staff as we have recorded 43 degrees inside the garage
And even though we have cold water to hydrate these are not conditions to work in for me never mind my staff so we have decided to go the pub sorry for any inconvenience we will be back open tomorrow morning 🍻

• We have started on one of our own vehicles we have cut the new key blade
•we deleted all the keys to start fresh
•programmed the original key and an additional key

Right people this as been a decision that we have been thinking about for a while as we have been asked by a fair few customers for ECU cloning, DSG mechanics cloning, TCU cloning, BCM cloning, Footwell modules, extra keys

We have always passed this type of work on to other local companies that yes have been doing this for years but are also sometimes very busy and can not always accommodate the time time scale people are after

So as of next week we will be offering these more advanced services and if we get stuck with anything we will have an excellent technical team with multiple years experience to help us through any more complex jobs

We have chosen to go with the latest launch X431 Euro with smart link combined with the latest X PROG 3

So please new, current and old customers if this is a service you need please give us a try and I will reassure you that we will be very competitive on price

2018 Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost

So this one has come in like many we do from another local garage for a routine cam belt change

As you can see from the pictures the cam belt was definitely in need of a change as all 5 teeth from the belt were blocking the oil pickup along with the rest of the belt debris

As always we used all genuine parts
Cam belt and water pump kit
Coolant Channel seal in timing cover
Turbo filter
Water pump elbow
Vvt solenoid seals
Oil pump stripped and cleaned
Oil
Oil filter
Vacuum pump oil strainer cleaned
Everything cleaned before rebuilding it back up

Vauxhall Vivaro

This came in to us as the heater stopped working.
Before we took it apart we tested the the blower motor with a power probe giving a direct 12V feed to the blower motor and as we assumed it would not power the motor

So as you can see from the video it is not a nice job as it can only be accessed by removing the full dashboard

But now the customer is happy as he has nice hot air blowing again
