We’ve genuinely loved working on this complete new build — and now the end is finally in sight.

Seeing it reach the finishing stage is always the most satisfying part: carpets going in, skirting boards being fitted, final fixes happening throughout, and those last details being completed in the bathrooms. The brand new kitchen is nearly ready too, and it’s bringing the whole space together.

This project has been all about quality, clean finishes, and getting the details right — and we can’t wait to show you the completed home because it’s going to be a real showstopper.

GAM- Refurbishment

Due to a lot of fire damage the terraced property had to go under maintenance.
It needed :
Electrical updates
Heating system replacement
New windows and new doors
New extension (kitchen and bathroom)
Internal and external decorations
Structural repairs and new flooring .

GAM- FITTING/REPLACEMENT

The unit was securely mounted to the designated wall, ensuring proper alignment and accessibility. A direct water supply line was connected, and the flushing mechanism was tested to confirm full functionality. The waste outlet was securely fitted and sealed, with no signs of leakage.

🚨 PROJECT COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! 🚨

JMB Leathermarket approached us for an urgent property refurbishment following a fire in SE1. With the resident in temporary accommodation, we knew time was critical.

Despite the initial eight-week plan, our team completed the full refurbishment in just five weeks, restoring the property to a high standard and getting the resident back home faster.
