⚡ Progress Update | Omagh Shop Fit-Out ⚡

Great progress being made on our latest commercial fit-out in Omagh.

Our team has been busy installing:
🔹 Main LV power distribution
🔹 Large-scale submain cabling
🔹 Cable containment systems
🔹 First fix electrical infrastructure throughout the building

With the backbone of the electrical installation well underway, we’re looking forward to the next phase as this project continues to take shape.

⚡ Ballycoan Road – 2nd Fix Progress ⚡

Another project moving nicely towards completion. 👌

Our team has been busy carrying out the second fix electrical installation, with sockets, switches, external lighting and accessories being installed throughout this bungalow extension and refurbishment.

We’re now into the final stages, with the kitchen and heating connections next, followed by testing, commissioning and certification before handover.

It’s always satisfying seeing a project come together after the first fix stage, especially when the finish starts to take shape.

🏰 Project Progress – Newtownstewart Castle Lighting

Great progress on site at Newtownstewart Castle as part of our lighting installation works for Derry City & Strabane District Council.

The new feeder pillar has now been installed, with cabling routes brought into position and floodlights fitted along the internal wall. The installation is progressing well and is now moving towards final connection and commissioning.

A brilliant project to be involved in, helping enhance and showcase one of the area’s historic landmarks through carefully installed architectural lighting.

⚡ Phase 2 Complete – Dunnes Stores Foyleside ⚡

Another milestone achieved! ✅

We’re pleased to have successfully completed Phase 2 of the electrical lighting installation at the new Dunnes Stores Foyleside redevelopment for Schweitzer Project.

This phase included:
💡 Retail lighting installation
💡 Integrated shelving lighting
💡 Feature lighting and final fit-off throughout the Phase 2 area

It’s great to see the space continuing to come together, with the lighting bringing the retail environment to life. A huge thanks to our team for maintaining quality, productivity and programme throughout another busy phase.

Now it’s on to Phase 3 as we continue delivering the remaining works.

Great to see this new home finished and handed over, with the electrical installation completed throughout to a high standard.

Works included power, lighting, kitchen appliances, bathroom supplies, smoke detection, external lighting and final testing/certification.

A clean finish across the property, with every detail brought together ready for the client moving in.
