Another project completed ✅

This customer come to me with a leaky roof and slates which had been slipping and falling to the ground below. After further inspection i noticed there was no insolation throughout the whole of the attic either.

Organising the materials, scaffolding and waste removal in house helped keep things easy for the customer. With this building being listed we managed to refurbish all the cast guttering and reuse close to all of the original slates, with the new ones being reclaimed to keep the age and look of the roof. Overall another customer!

Thanks to for errecting the scaffolding and for the waste removal!

Dusty days turning this attic space into a useable storage space and new location for the boiler. An attics hatch with ladder has also been installed but I don’t have the pictures 🥲

A few photos from a bungalow fit out.. this was part of a project that I was greatful to have a part in.

My involvement started with guttering and stud walls, this then led to flooring, doors, kitchen, utility, skirting and architrave, tilling and boxing of the bath room and a small w.c panelled wall feature.
