Job finished a few months back.
Garden room/office with a secret doored garden shed on the side.
Concrete pad with timber frame construction, fully insulated, OSB finish to the shed and birch ply finish to the garden room, lighting sockets in both with electric underfloor heating in the garden room for the winter days/nights.
Built there home (timber frame construction onsite) and finished that last year, so built the garden room to suit there beautifully new home

Been a while since I’ve posted anything on here!
So better get back to it!

Been back to a job I worked on for another company around 3 years ago. Just to do a few snags that’s happened in that time but I’ve got to show this beauty 2nd one I’ve ever done and 3 years on still up and working very well.

Not bad going!
From concrete on Saturday, a wet Tuesday and a sunny Wednesday, things are going up fast!!
2nd day in to the summer house build and we are 1st fixed with the electrics already.
Next job water tight and battens for cladding and insulation for warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer!
Can’t wait to see my vision come to reality.

Raised Seam roof, before and after.
Slates as far as we can go till roof lights are fitted.

A good days work on a Saturday.
Radon barrier down and followed by the insulation ready for the underfloor heating.
Screed booked for Friday. 👍
