🏗️ Major Transformation – From Start to Finish

This project involved a major structural transformation to create a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space.

We removed the existing walls and carried out structural alterations, including installing steel beams to support the new opening.

Due to the size and position of the steels, we had to cut a temporary pocket into the existing stonework to get the beams into the building, before carrying out the necessary masonry work and making good.

From failed to built to last. 🧱
This retaining wall had completely failed, so we demolished it and rebuilt it from the ground up. The new wall has been fully tanked and includes a 40mm drainage channel behind it to relieve water pressure and protect the structure for years to come. Finished with a clean brick face for a durable, high-quality result. Job completed in Hillside Montrose ✅
