From gas heating to Net Zero for Scope 1 emissions.
Sport In Desford has reached a major milestone after years of joined-up energy improvements.

Following a long-term sustainability journey, Sport in Desford has now achieved Net Zero for Scope 1 emissions at its main site.

That wider progress has included solar PV, battery storage, LED upgrades, EV charging and the move away from gas.

JL Phillips, part of the 21 Degrees group, was pleased to play a part in that journey through the installation of 3 Mitsubishi air source heat pumps last year.

It’s a strong example of what can happen when energy improvements are planned properly and made to work together over time.
