Ifor Williams car transporter 🚗🏎️

This trailer came to us for a yearly routine service . Upon inspection found brake cables needed replacements and a brake overhaul and adjustment . When checking the chassis bolts came across an extremely worn pivot pin and bracket which connects the trailer bed to the chassis . Luckily a quick turn around for the customer and back on the road .

This trailer came to us for a routinely yearly service . Upon inspection noticed snapped leaf springs , rotten jockey door panel , seized sliding window locks and hitch lock no longer had keys .

New jockey door panel fitted from Ifor Williams ✅
New sliding window locks fitted ✅
Upgraded LED interior light ✅
Leaf springs , u bolts and bump stops replaced✅
New hitch lock fitted ✅

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️

Something to be aware of for all trailers… we attended an onsite trailer service today and couldn’t complete it to our full potential due to no locking wheel nut remover .

Please ensure you are aware what your trailer wheel nuts are and if you are unsure please do do get in contact . We would be happy to help .

Imagine the outcome of a blow on with a horse on board and un aware of a locking wheel nut .

This would be our second one this month
So although they ensure your wheels are safe and cannot be stolen . It’s always good to know they car be removed ✅✅

🟢Ifor Williams 506 limited edition green🟢

Full service carried out on site where we noticed a soft front jockey door panel .

Upon trying to source a new panel . Informed via Ifor Williams the green edition cannot be replaced with the green only silver , blue or black .

A silver one was ordered and colour matches and professionally sprayed to keep the trailer in original state . This was a fun one as no one would ever know but we made it work for the customer .

Ifor Williams HBX range

This Ifor Williams came to us for a routine service / inspection ahead of a busy summer .

This trailer was bought second hand and the locking wheel nut key wasn’t passed over . So locking wheel nuts removed and replaced alongside a snapped jockey wheel handle .

🐎Ifor Williams eventa 🐎

This week we carried out a service on this Ifor Williams eventa model . Upon inspection found the brake shoes were extremely worn and the brake cables had seized .

Sourced the parts and returned to customers site to fit .

This is a lovely example of the eventa and will be up for sale soon I believe so any interest please get in touch .

On site service carried out on this Ifor Williams single horse trailer .

Returning customer for us and a very clean well looked after trailer . Nothing to report on this one which is great news for the customer .

Cheval libertre maxi 3

Onsite service carried out on this fairly new trailer . Even though it’s fairly new having its first service we found the brake cables were seized causing the brakes to bind . Upon our tyre inspection noticed heavy gouges on the inner edges near side .

Customer was unaware of any of this so goes to show the Benefits of trailer servicing .
