Steve and Jordan have recently completed leadwork repairs to an adjoining extension after the original lead flashing had failed, allowing water to enter the structure during periods of rainfall.

Lead flashing is one of the most important defences against water ingress around roof and wall junctions.

When it begins to fail, homeowners may notice:
