HYPE Building exists to help the people and communities of Stoke-on-Trent & Cheshire:

It’s no secret that some of the more deprived parts of Stoke-on-Trent & Cheshire are in need of renovation and ongoing investment. We want to create better standards of living and provide high quality, affordable housing for people who live in Stoke-on-Trent & Cheshire and for people who are staying here temporarily. And we do that in two ways:

Firstly, by working with investors and landlords to refurbish properties across the Potteries, we actively encourage investment in the area. These properties are renovated and furnished to the highest standards and become places that people are proud to call home. Secondly, we work together with the local authority to refurbish and upgrade council properties across Stoke-on-Trent & Cheshire, to make a positive and significant difference to our local communities.

✔️ Passed inspection with the all-clear

We returned just 5 days later for a routine check... and walked into THIS.
