Below is a government consultation on making vehicles meet the EXACT emissions level that it left the factory with or it will fail, despite passing an MOT.
This is another part of their plan to force vehicles off the road and it will affect everything before 2016, I believe. This is huge, and EVERYONE needs to fill this out. It takes 10 mins, possibly less, because as soon as you state you’re opposing it, they allow you to skip to the end because the other 20 questions are all about supporting it (a telling story in itself!).
