DSK Construct Ltd completed this small project in Exeter, St Thomas - New porch & block driveway installation.

Hope Cottage, Galmpton- DSK were tasked with this twin building project located in the stunning location of Hope Cove, South Hams District.
Two ground floor dormers that required re-building whilst supporting and retaining the existing roof. Both required new foundations, blockwork & re-rendering, new windows all fitted with uv comfort glass to help with temperature control.
Internally the Sun-Room was fitted with a Bespoke Oak bench.
Extension rebuild 2 (Kitchen) required new insulated floor, walls & loft area in order to accommodate a brand new layout and kitchen design with additional space created in the garage for a separate utility area.
This was all completed to the exact brief & specifications of the clients of which DSK would like to thank Oliver & Diana there warm hospitality and generosity of time and understanding during this exciting project.

This property in Plymouth was suffering from damp issues due to non breathable rendering...here Dsk removed the existing sand & cement and replaced with breathable insulating render with a silicone coloured top coat.

Currently DSK are working on a (one off) commercial property (barn conversion) into a training centre for a private client.
Bio-fold doors and amazing views.
We are currently cladding the interior with timber and creating a new toilet cubicles.
Although it is non residential we thought of posting as it is an interesting project.
