Another one ticked off 💪🏼

12m x 6m concrete base poured, levelled and power floated smooth to the customer’s requirements — now ready for the guys at MD Garden Sheds2GO Ltd to do what they do best! 👌🏼

As always, we got CAB Crete onto the job with their new artic unit mixer. This pour would normally take two loads in an 8-wheeler, but when we’re power floating a shed floor, we like to get everything poured in one hit and finish it all at once.

This helps minimise any imperfections and gives us the best possible finish across the whole floor. 💪🏼

Another quality base ready for another quality shed.

Quick turnaround 💪🏼

We had to pull off a quick turnaround on this one to get our client the shed they needed — and we got it done in 1 week!

We excavated approximately 140 tonnes of material to level the site and the surrounding area, before stoning it up, installing our 6” formwork, and pouring and power floating the concrete floor.

Just a few days later, MD Garden Sheds2GO came in and had the shed fully installed in just one day! 💪🏼

Everything went exactly to plan. We work closely with our installers to make sure every stage is carried out to the highest possible standard, keeping everything running smoothly and avoiding any unnecessary setbacks.

Another job completed from start to finish, with a great result. 👌💪🏼

We recently completed this 85m² exposed concrete patio, and we’re delighted with the results to say the least.

Exposed aggregate concrete is becoming one of the most popular choices for outdoor spaces, and it’s easy to see why. It offers a premium, natural stone appearance while being incredibly durable, hard-wearing, and low maintenance. The textured finish also provides excellent slip resistance, making it an ideal choice for patios, pathways, and driveways.

We had to bring the digger in for this one! 🚜💪

We broke out and removed part of an old concrete path and excavated the area in preparation for a brand-new loading area in front of these workshops.

With both our digger and lorry on site, we broke up and removed all the existing material before installing a new, compacted stone base, ready for the concrete pour.

The best part? We completed all of this groundwork in just 2 days. 👏

Efficient, tidy, and ready for the next stage. On to the next one! 👊

Another transformation complete!

The customer had already installed the perimeter kerbing, and we were brought in to complete the concrete base, creating a clean, durable seating area that’s built to last.

Freshly poured on Friday in Lisburn, and another happy customer before a few well-earned days off! 💪

We teamed up with MD Garden Sheds2GO⁠ on this project and had the base ready for installation in just 3 days.

Day 1 – Excavation completed, all waste material removed from site, with 20 tonnes of stone placed, levelled, and compacted.

Day 2 – Formwork set for the new 6m x 10m base, DPM installed, and formwork fully braced.

Day 3 – Slab poured and finished, leaving everything ready for the team at MD Sheds to complete the install.

We’ll be returning at a later date to install a new cobble approach to finish it off.

This one couldn’t have turned out better, and most importantly, the customer is delighted!

From start to finish… 💪

This project involved everything from the initial groundworks and site preparation through to pouring and finishing the concrete base.
