We are delighted to have be instructed to carry out the new SEND Provisions at St Andrews Primary School.

We commenced on site today, works included in the project are;
Creating a new changing area in what was a cloakroom.
Converting a room that was used for storage into two rooms one of which will be a sensory room, complete with calming lighting that will represent the moon & stars in the ceiling using fibreoptics.
Refurbish a central communal area.
Create a new enclosed playground area.
Fully refurbishing two classrooms, making them more appropriate for the environment in which they are needed.
Upgrading door access and fire alarm systems.

All works are being carried out by the NDC Team.

We’re proud to have supported West Northamptonshire Council on an important project for Northamptonshire Archives Service.

The newly completed mobile racking installation marks a major step forward in protecting the county’s documentary heritage, adding half a mile of additional shelving and capacity for around 8,000 archive boxes.

This extra space will help safeguard records from the 12th century to the present day, including material from Northampton Borough Architects, parish councils and HM Coroner’s Service, while providing room for new collections for more than a decade to come.

Delivered on time and within budget alongside WNC’s Construction Team, Bruynzeel and JPP UK, the project also supports a key objective agreed with The National Archives following Northamptonshire Archives’ accreditation in 2024.

At NDC Consultancy, we’re delighted to have played a role in a scheme that preserves local history, improves long-term storage resilience and ensures these records remain accessible for future generations.

Bicester motion is globally recognised as a centre of excellence for automotive and aviation brands, we are delighted to be approved as one of their new trusted suppliers.

NDC have been employed by West Northamptonshire Council to carry out structural reports, full strip out & waste removal from a 16,000sq ft derelict office/warehouse.

We will kick off 2026 commencing at Northamptonshire Records Office carrying out remodelling works, remedial works at Barry Road Primary School following damp issues and Silverstone Business Park street lighting upgrades, running alongside on going projects.

đź“ŤVernon Terrace Primary School

We have been awarded the contract for the schools new air conditioning systems. All electrical works will be done in house, with the air conditioning being fitted by one of our trusted sub contractors. NDC will also project manage the contract.

We have worked a lot in Vernon Terrace over the past few years for both LA & the school direct, developing a great working relationship with the school. We are delighted to have been awarded another contract with them. Works will commence in 2026.
