Not every property we walk into is straightforward.

This flat had been used for an illegal grow operation, leaving behind significant damage, strong odours and unsafe electrics. The property needed a full reset — not just a quick tidy-up.

Builda Renovations carried out a complete clearance, made the electrics safe, redecorated throughout and supplied & fitted brand new carpets to bring the flat back to a clean, compliant and rentable standard.

Great to finish up this project for a returning customer.

We installed a new flat roof with two skylights to brighten up the space. The interior’s been plastered and painted for a fresh look, and we added a new set of French doors and a window in anthracite grey for a sleek, modern finish.

Topped it all off with Nordic pine cladding – a fantastic choice by the customer that really ties it all together.

Shout out to LMCarpentry on the assistance with the cladding.
