πŸ“ Saltash – nearing completion now with just the stonework left to finish πŸͺ¨βœ… All internal works and the extension are now complete!

πŸ“ Stoke – due to be finished in the coming week πŸ‘Œ Great progress has been made despite the typical Great British weather πŸŒ§οΈπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ render was also completed by APEX Render specialists.πŸ‘Œ

πŸ“ Manor Road – we’ve also started work on a new man cave for TC carpentry & developments πŸ”¨πŸ» and this should be completed next week.

We’ve also managed to squeeze in a number of smaller jobs alongside these projects πŸ’ͺ

🚧 We’ve got some exciting projects coming up too, including:🏠 A double-storey extension starting later this week🌿 More patio projects lined up ready for summer!

πŸ‘₯ Team update:We’ve recently taken on a new labourer πŸ‘ and have now decided to take on our very first apprentice πŸŽ‰ Massive step forward for Optimise Construction and an exciting time ahead for everyone involved!

The past couple of weeks have been busy for us with plenty of progress being made across our projects πŸ‘Œ

πŸ“ Saltash – works have been continuing well and progress is ongoing.

πŸ“ Heybrook Bay – we’ve been back down continuing with the stonework and blocking up several openings.

πŸ“ Stoke – all prep work and ACO drains are now complete, ready for slabbing to begin πŸ”₯

πŸ“ Inlaws – finally complete and finished off πŸ‘Œ

πŸ“ Plympton – behind the scenes, our extension project has now had the roof fitted and is progressing nicely 🏠

πŸ“ Plympton – Progress pictures sent over from the customer this weekend πŸ™Œ Steels are on and the roof has been going on over the weekend πŸ”©πŸ—οΈ Great to see it all taking shape!

πŸ“ Liskeard – Another patio project completed for 1st Choice CarpentryοΏΌ for Cornwall Council πŸͺ΄βœ¨ Creating a bigger, safer and more usable outdoor space for the tenant πŸ‘Œ

πŸ“ Cornwood – Small door block-up completed for P&M HOME BUILD and all ready for the next stage πŸšͺ🧱

A bit of a different post from us this week πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸš§

Running a construction business isn’t always as straightforward as people think. Behind the scenes there’s a constant balancing act of keeping every customer happy 😊, making sure jobs are progressing smoothly πŸ—οΈ, turning up where we need to be on time ⏰ and trying to stick to a diary that can change overnight 🌦️

The reality is, construction is heavily governed by the weather πŸŒ§οΈβ˜€οΈ and sometimes jobs simply overrun. No matter how organised you are, it can be impossible to predict every delay. Then as soon as the sun comes out, everyone suddenly wants a patio ASAP πŸ˜…πŸ”₯

This definitely isn’t a moan β€” just a little insight into the pressures and challenges we all face within the construction industry. Alongside our own customers, we’re also working hard to keep the builders and contractors we regularly work with happy too 🀝

The demand has been incredible lately and we genuinely appreciate every single enquiry, recommendation and customer that chooses us πŸ™Œ

To help manage the workload and keep standards high, we’ve now taken on another labourer πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ

All ready for steels and the roof next πŸ”¨πŸ—οΈ
Big thanks to Siddons Scaffolding Services for supplying us with a great scaffold.
We’ll be back in the coming months to build some big retaining walls and a new patio 🧱🌿
Excited to see the finished result come together πŸ™Œβœ¨

We also had a fencing enquiry at the beginning of the week which we turned around really quickly ⚑πŸͺ΅

πŸ—οΈ Saltash – Under-build complete and ready for block & beam, with oversite, backfill & kicker lift all completed βœ…
🏑 Plympton – DPC signed off by building control, Built up and ready for scaffold, aiming to hit wall plate by the end of next week πŸš€
πŸ‘·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈDonnington Project – Render complete and ready for paint & lead work πŸ™Œ

…Also throwing in a nice big 30m2 patio for the in-laws in amongst a busy week.πŸ‘Œ
