Envirogas UK Ltd is a well-established and growing plumbing, heating and renewable energy company based in Plymouth. We are looking for an organised, professional and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service.
📅 Manage engineers’ diaries and schedule jobs using our booking system.
📝 Prepare quotations and invoices.
📦 Order materials and liaise with suppliers.
💻 Maintain accurate customer records and update office systems.
📂 Process paperwork and support the smooth running of the office.
🤝 Communicate with customers regarding appointments and ongoing works.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Previous office administration experience is preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔️ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
✔️ Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
✔️ A positive, reliable and professional approach.

Another project kicking off this week in Salcombe 🔥

We’re installing a Grant heat pump, paired with a 500L unvented cylinder, volumiser, and multiple heating zones – a proper setup and a great project to be part of.

On site today we’ve got Reece & Owen getting things moving 💪
