Damp was getting into the property through a damaged party wall, so we were called in to put it right.

We hacked off all the old, loose and failing render before preparing the wall and applying a full mesh render system to provide a strong, durable and weather-resistant finish.

Throughout the work, we took extra care to protect the existing roof, keeping it clean and ensuring there was no damage caused during the rendering process.

🏡 Another room completed in Totnes!

We returned to our Totnes project to tackle the final room on this property.

The room has had a full re-skim, including:
🔨 Artex removed and covered
🔥 Existing fireplace removed
🧱 Fireplace area made good
🎨 Walls and ceiling fully re-plastered for a fresh, smooth finish
